BYNORM: New Website Launched at 50th Anniversary Conference

This May, aftermarket supplier Bynorm, celebrated its 50th anniversary. The milestone was celebrated at Bynorm's recent National Conference on the Gold Coast. Delegates included Bynorm management, the entire field salesforce, strategic distribution partners, and parent company Stens president, Peter Ariens.

The days were spent reviewing the challenging 2007 year and outlining Bynorm's exciting framework for success in the coming year.

Bynorm MD John Lo Piccolo informed his team that the business was investing heavily with the strategic goal of developing mutually beneficial, long-term relationships with customers and supply-chain partners. "In essence, our message is - 'Building a secure future together!' he said.

John also launched Bynorm's '1 Communication' platform: "No. 1 Team working together in the 1 Direction to become our customers' No. 1 Choice and secure No. 1 position in the market!"

Launching Bynorm's new website www.bynorm.com.au, John emphasized "that to achieve our business goals, is simply about doing the very best we can for our customers and making it easy for customers to deal with us". The new site incorporates the Bynorm "WebShop", a first for the Australian aftermarket, providing customers with simple access to the extensive Bynorm product range, support and technical information on-line Bynorm customers need only request a User ID and Password (hassle-free on-line) to use WebShop. Acknowledgement of all orders will be forwarded to the user's email address. Orders are fast and easy by Bynorm product code, replacement OEM number, product keyword and/or by product brand search. In addition to the easy product order and enquiry facility, the new website contains extensive customer business information such as: account details, stock availability, current transactions, invoice/adjustment enquiries, open orders/back orders, pricing information and even delivery details (how many parcels & when dispatched). Peter Ariens said that the Bynorm mindset is to empower its customers to make more informed decisions.
